Within the Leader North West Salento "Arneo Land", in the heart of the "Piana Messapica", where the countryside is dominated by the olive and the vine, and where you can still smell the perfume of plants of the Mediterranean, founded the Farm "Porcara House," the building complex which was organized on the site of a medieval farmhouse. The blue of the Ionian sea, the silvery expanses of olive trees, the dark red of the earth and the sun that invades every corner of the country, are the backdrop for many farms, which tell the story of humble peasants and wealthy landowners. "Casa Porcara", the typical farm in Southern Italy, which has preserved its original appearance thanks to a meticulous restoration that has transformed the stables and barns in comfortable dining rooms, where you can taste typical dishes of products local. Far from Lecce just 26 km and about 10 from the Ionian coast, is surrounded by fertile land (about 50 hectares), where we practice organic farming. Situated on a slight rise in the ground, the farmhouse overlooks a fertile valley (known as "Piana Vitata", which includes the territories of Salice Salentino, vigils, and Guagnano Salento fields).
