Franco's family has always lived in contact with the agricultural world, surrounded by nature, in a space where tradition colors the flavors of the fruits that the earth offers us. The company, founded in 1995, aims to preserve these flavors by recovering the ancient growing systems. For this we have specialized in the cultivation and marketing of legumes, vegetables and fruits. After the opening of the store in 2006, we decided to create the Puntarelle Farm in order to offer our clients a place where experience those flavors and the hospitality of Salento. Most of the dishes are in fact made with products from our company that does not use genetically modified seeds for their crops, but makes use of an autonomous and natural reproduction. The passion, the seriousness, the daily commitment, care quality and goodness are the pillars on which we based the service that provide to our customers.
