Enjoy an unforgettable experience into a real Restaurant. During our classes the entire restaurant transforms into a Salento home, completely at the guests' disposal. Giorgio Grassi, the chef of Alle due corti, is the expert guide to preparing lunch. Students get hands-on learning to make fresh orecchiette and much more, working together comfortably, turning each moment into a shared experience. Next, participants move to the kitchen, where they cook seasonal dishes. Starting from fresh ingredients, they recreate famous recipes from our Salento and Italian tradition. To conclude, the table is set to enjoy the fruits of hard work. Throughout, excellent Salento wines will be paired with the dishes. We offer an intense, convivial experience enriched by Alle due corti's style of culture, tradition, and familial warmth.
