B&B Acaya Rugge

Acaya Rugge B&B is located in the historical centre of Acaya, which was the unique case of a fortified village in the South of Italy in XVth century. It's 50 metres from the castle built on behalf of emperor Charles V in 1536. The B&B is made up of three rooms, each with its own bathroom: - room "Louis XIV" with a gold-leaf bed in Baroque style and the original Liberty style furniture of the late 19th century; - room "Rodolfo Valentino", with a wrought-iron and mother-of-pearl bed, very similar to the one owned once by the actor Rodolfo Valentino (now kept in the Museum of Castellaneta) dating back to the early years of 20th century; - room "Salento", filled with "spiked" '50s furniture. All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning systems.
