Summer timetable (JUN-SEP): SAT and SUN 9:00-13:00, 17:00-21:00 Winter timetable (OCT-MAY): SAT and SUN 9:00-13:00, 16:00-20:00 TUE and THU morning only by reservation (phone call the previous day) The Railway Museum of Apulia Lecce is an important collection of tools and other objects that ideally trace the history of railway in Puglia. Inside are showed 32 antique vehicles of mixed age and several railway companies, from FS to FSE passing the Tobacco Factory of Lecce; in addition to this you can also see the historic train "Salento Express". Many functioning installations allow to explore the various aspects of railways (construction, signaling, maintenance). Dozens and dozens of models, static and functioning, in the different reproduction scales, represent what it has not been possible to preserve from life. The Museum is always open regularly on Saturdays and Sundays, while on Tuesdays and Thursdays it is open if there has been a reservation within the previous day.
