Dinner "Da Bruna" begins with antipasti, famous all over the Salento, of "sfizietti" with "pittule", "bruschette" and other delicious things of the Salento's tradition. First courses are based on legumes and vegetables. Main dishes include "turcinieddi" (roulades of lamb's entrails), "pignata of horse", grilled meat, lamb with artichoke and potatoes, grilled vegetables.For dessert, there is potato "frittele", "spumone" and home-made ice creams.
