"Malvasia Pane Cunzatu & Restaurant" is the new adventure to Volcano of Maurizio Pagano, already well-known to the eolian frequenters as the number 1 for Pane Cunzatu in the island. Together with his brother Carmelo, Maurizio has had to appreciate for his special prescription of the Pane Cunzatu - a special bread flavoured with fresh and delicious recipes - that is the perfect balance between tasty ingredients and a great passion. Here you will taste it in different variations, but you will find also typical eolian flat with products rigorously local, a lot of wines and beers, the perfect cafe of always and many surprises. . . The Menu will change each day, on the grounds of the catch and Maurizio's inexhaustible imagination. To the Malvasia you will find a place different of others, a place in which to stop, should have enjoyed the eolian tastes, to feel the perfumes, to sip and to chat, surrounded at welcome and liking.
