A Touristic Village for a pleasant and relaxing holiday resort, open all the year. Boboba Village is a village within an outdoor swimming-pool and twenty apartments, which are equipped with every comfort and a great care, in order to guarantee an unforgettable holiday in the name of relax and entertainment. Boboba Village is located in a strategic position, in front of the sea, where there are many bathing establishments providing beach umbrellas, beach chairs and sunbeds; there are also some free access beaches at 150 metres from our facility. Boboba Village is in the Marina di Pisa seafront, surrounded by a lush pinewood. It is only at 20 minutes from Pisa Airport “Galileo Galilei”. “Libeccio Restaurant and Pizzeria” is at our guests’ disposal, it is a lounge bar and also a caféteria. Boboba Village has an outdoor private parking area. Residence with twenty apartments 20 APARTMENTS 35 sqm – maximum occupancy of 4 people Our Residence is composed of 20 terraced apartments, situated in an area which is just a few steps from the sea and the pine forest, in Marina di Pisa seafront, an ancient fishing village, born in the Arno river mouth. It is there where we still see buildings on stilts, called “retoni”. All the apartments are in natural surroundings, they are well fuirnished with a private entrance and equipped by a living-room, a bathroom with a large box-shower and hairdryer, double room and double armchair beds. They are located on the groundfloor and they have equipped veranda. The apartments are available with the following formulas: Apartment breakfast not included (with kitchenette) Apartment breakfast included (no kitchenette) The dishes are included only for apartments with kitchenette. For both types, will be available the use of the fridge and freezer. Many services to make unforgettable your seaside holiday! Services included in the stay: Unguarded private parking: every apartment has a private parking area corresponding to the apartment number Outdoor swimming-pool Garden and outdoor spaces WIFI network Weekly cleaning Utilities CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Reception opens at 08:00 a.m and it closes at 07:00 p.m. It is possible to do check-in from 03:00 p.m to 06:00 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 06:00 p.m, it is necessary to communicate it with reasonable notice. Check-out must be done by 10:00 a.m of the departure day. By agreement with the reception, it is possible to do late check-out with supplement. The set of the keys provided at the check-in include the keys of the apartment and the key to open the entrance gate manually. BREAKFAST At our Caféteria, from 07:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m, there is a buffet breakfast reserved to our guests, with a warm beverage included. RESTAURANT It is open every day, at lunch and at dinner, in the following time slots: from 12:30 a.m to 02:30 p.m – from 07:30 p.m to 11:00 p.m. Booking is recommended SWIMMING POOL It is open from 09:00 a.m to 07:00 p.m. It is mandatory to wear the swim cap, given at the Reception. During the winter season, it will be closed. CITY TAX City tax is a mandatory local tax; people who live in Pisa are exempted from the payment. The amount is equivalent to € 1,50 per person per night, it is not included in the reservation rate and it is for max five consecutive nights (from the seventh day before Easter to the first sunday of November) and three consecutive nights (in the remaining period).
