Piandilaura GOURMET Piandilaura Gourmet borns from the passion for food and wine of Raffaele Lanza, to receive customers there is Stefania … his life partner, scrupulous host and kitchen lover, in 2010 they decided to join their energies opening this ‘Country Tavern’ (close to the medieval village of Lorenzana, Pisa) The local is featured by two intimate and welcoming rooms, hosting up to 50 persons and for the summer there’s also an open porch from where it is possible to enjoy a view of the Tuscan country. The place is down in every detail, with modern decor preserving the ancient charm of taverns with wooden furnitures. Internal and external wide spaces allow the guests to enjoy Tuscany not only by choosing the dishes but also by the appeal of a location surrounded by a beautiful green countryside area. Meat and vegetables are, when possible and according to availability, local, mostly coming from small local agricultural holdings.
