When Tuscany meets Puglia. A union between two culinary cultures from which, in February 2013, the Zero Zero pizzeria was born, the taste workshop that churns out the best delicacies. The pizzas, focaccias and pucce prepared by our pizza chefs are stuffed with new ingredients, the result of a careful selection of raw materials and sought exclusively on a national level; the companies we rely on are specialized in the production of food "as it once was", respecting the natural biological cycles of the soil and animals, reared exclusively outdoors and often in the wild, with production techniques carried out strictly by hand.The corner bar offers Tuscan wines and craft beers from small wineries and breweries in the province of Pisa; the liqueurs offered by Zero Zero are produced through manual peeling and infusion of seasonal Salento fruits, untreated, organically grown, harvested the day before being blended, making the elixirs unique, genuine and of high quality.
