The Farm Villa Graziani is housed in an old farm (1850) and consists of a large central villa with 12 rooms (3 suites ) and two other dependance in a large wooded park for a total of 6 apartments. The farmhouse has been completely renovated in 2013 while maintaining intact the original neo-classical architecture and interior tern and retaining many period features inside. Besides the large verdant park, in front of the Villa is located our restaurant "Enoteca Graziani", housed in the old stables of the farm. At the restaurant we offer traditional Tuscan dishes (both sea and land ) with seasonal, organic and "km. 0", the first of our extra virgin olive oil . The environments and atmosphere are very special and the time seems to have stopped. Ideal for your holiday in Tuscany, between sea and hills, food and wine! The property is in fact only 500mt. from near the center of Vada and 1km. from the beaches and the sea of the Etruscan Coast. In twenty minutes by car you can reach the famous medieval villages like Bolgheri and Casale Marittimo and in about 1 hour. / 1h and 30min . visit the most beautiful cities of art in Tuscany, such as Pisa and Florence.
