Located in the mediaeval hamlet of Pruno, in the middle of Apuan Alps natural park, the hostel is the perfect place for hikers, tourists and families looking for a corner of quiety and beauty in the North of Tuscany. It's easy to reach by train and bus or by car. Hiking can start directly from the door. Managers are guides of the park. Half an hour from the hostel there are an old chestnut mill, still running, and a spectacular waterfall. Surrounded by forests, stone houses and hight mountains, Pruno is only 20 km from the beach of Versilia, close to Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre national park. The hostel is a new building with spacefull and sunny rooms, a garden, a dining room always open and a living room. Books are available for our guests. Public transport: train to Pietrasanta railway station. Bus to Pruno By car: A12 motorway to Versilia and direction Seravezza and then PRUNO. Be careful in CARDOSO village to follow the street sign for Pruno turning straight on the left
