The house is situated in one of the most authentic and colorful street of the historic center, it was in ancient times an old mill and a point of contact for the villager of the medieval suburb of "Sa Costa". The house has been recently renovated preserving the original architectural features, it follows a cosy house of great charm. We have one of the most large and panoramic terrace from where you can enjoy the wonderful historical centre and the course of the river that flows into the sea. The house is divided in three levels. In the ground floor there are two bedrooms: the BLU one is composed by a large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a small dining room with sofa where to pleasure in reading or relaxing. The Lilla bedrooms, maybe the most romantic and chic with rustic stone walls, vaultud roof an original washbasin. A the second floor, we find due bedrooms: the Pietra (stone) one, it is considered the most beautiful room of the house thanks to the wonderful stones, four-poster bed, a romatic balcony and a unique alcove turn in a dining room. Beside, there are a small bedroom with a double bed more suitable for two children or a single. Al rooms are equipped with private bathroom and television. On the top floor, a large kitchen equipped with all conforts and a confortable sofa and a well stocked with books and guide in different languages. Finally the wonderful terrace where where you can ejoy your dinners by candle lit.
