Traveling in the opposite direction to that of many consumer realities, we at LunaVieni remain rooted in our Italy by returning to OUR South diving headlong into the family profession, that of our grandparents' bread making. But relaunching only the ITALIAN WHEAT thanks to the knowledge acquired was not enough for us, so we decided to recover the ancient grains that the elderly of our SALENTO produced and worked with, grains selected over time in a completely natural way. Target? Try to get PIZZAS WITH FLOUR DOUGH RICH IN NUTRITIONAL PRINCIPLES but, ABOVE ALL, HEALTHY. So we started looking, studying, considering NATIVE SALENTINE GRAINS recovered in the abandoned fields, in the most remote countryside of our beloved Salento.
