The Caleffi Winery was born from the idea of implementing the ancient knowledge on the cultivation of vines and winemaking handed down in our family since the early 1900s. We are in the heart of Spineda, on the border between the provinces of Cremona and Mantua, in a strip of land that the Gonzagas donated to the Cavalcabò of Cremona marquises. Our philosophy is to make a quality wine created with the ancestral method of refermentation in the bottle, produced respecting the vine and the natural times of vinification, recovering traditional production methods.
