The tavern has always been a meeting point, where to drink a good glass of wine and taste the dishes of the past linked to the territory and traditions with an eye to the quality of the products that are offered exclusively as the BORLENGHI, dish poor in the mountains of Modena that will surprise your palate for the taste that will give you or the crispy tigelle with a delicate heart, cooked in the typical cast iron tigelliera and that marry well with our selection of meats and cheeses and our sour jam of plums. It is with our minced lard and parmiggiano, that the tigella will leave an indelible memory to your palate. Ours is a tavern born out of passion, where we try to recreate and share with you the familiar and friendly atmosphere of the places of the past and if necessary, we are happy to listen to your advice and suggestions, so that together with you can make this space more comfortable and pleasant.
