About

Join an authentic Sicilian cooking class in a beautiful, modern and luxurious villa looking out to the Egadi islands. Together we will learn how to make fresh Sicilian pasta, with various sauces, as well as other main courses and starters. Where possible depending on the season, we will pick our own fruit and herbs from the garden and incorporate these into our dishes. At Cooking with G, every step of the process is replicable at home, using only common ingredients and house-hold objects, so that you can show off your new skills to family & friends. The wine will be flowing, all from local vineyards and wineries, including the famous Marsala dessert wine.
