The Osteria Tre Rose is a cooperative of services and culture created in 1981, after the disastrous earthquake of 1980, by a group of friends who decided to invest time and money in Irpinia. The Osteria Tre Rose is the classic traditional restaurant where you can find the tastes and smells of culinary culture of the area. At Osteria Tre Rose the customer should feel at home. Here you can taste the best local products. The chef recommend to delight the palate with: - The notorious Cannazze, strictly served with gravy, - The Ravioli of the house, with ricotta - The Cingul handmade - The Penne alla Vodka - The Sfritta - The Lamb alla cacciatora ...
