The restaurant is located in Plan, South Tyrol. In the morning, a breakfast buffet with local products is awaiting guests whereas at lunch and dinner, pasta dishes, Dry Aged Steaks, fish dishes, etc. are served and refined with herbs from the garden. Kept appropriately by local farmers and matured for 7 weeks in the Dry Ager, the T-Bone and Rib-Eye Steaks are a delight. Desserts are freshly prepared every day. Attention is paid to a high quality of the ingredients and sustainable products are preferred. Every evening guests are surprised with a candlelight dinner. In summer, guests can explore well-prepared paths and rent e-bikes at the restaurant. During winter, however, guests can put on their skis in front of the restaurant and get on the lift and there is an ice rink, a cross-country trail and toboggan runs.
