L'ANTICA CASCINA SCHICCIO takes the name "Schiccio" from the Contrada in which it is located and offers its guests the opportunity to taste typical dishes of mountain cuisine, surrounded by nature (about one hectare of land) letting themselves be pampered by silence and tranquility , in large spaces very suitable for children and with a splendid view over the Gallico valley and the Strait of Messina. The cuisine of the "Antica Cascina Schiccio" uses high quality agricultural products and raw materials, partly selected from national excellences and partly from its own garden and from the Aspromonte area, enhancing and promoting them, to share with guests the love for local products and a passion for typical mountain cuisine respecting the peasant and popular tradition. For this reason and to offer its customers what nature offers cyclically, the dishes on the menu vary strictly following the changing of the seasons.
