He draws inspiration from the art, history, painting and infinite beauty of a city such as Venice. His dishes resemble colour palettes, finely and carefully chosen to form gastronomic creations. He says that he is passionate about colourful cuisine and that creating a dish is much like putting paint to a canvas.
