Miele del Doge

About

We are the organic family farm of beekeepers of the Venetian Lagoon, that are located in Saccagnana in Cavallino Treporti. The bees are left free to perform their own activities without being stress or overworked and are managed without using any harmfull chemicals or medicine. The beeyard is intentionally kept small, because we prioritized the quality of the honey rather that the quantity of production. The extraction of the honey is cold press by centrifugation. Then the honey is left to decant for a month before being put on a jar. All of the procedures reflect on the remaining honey, but preserve the integrity of the aromas and nutritional substances.
