Osteria ai Do Farai was born in 2001 and within the years, it has been characterized in Venezia for its choice of quality ingredients and for the simplicity in elaborating its dishes, always aiming at maintaining authentic recipes. The name "Do Farai" derives from the two lanterns positioned outside the restaurant metaphorically representing "Flavors" and "Values". The "Flavors" are the ones of the ancient Venetian recipes, this ensemble of ingredients that invites to immerse oneself in the Venice of the past. The "Values" are the ones related to the preservation and the conservation of the Venetian tradition and heritage. Osteria ai Do Farai aims to preserve what is the history of Venice because, by forgetting our heritage We not only forget who we are but also our secular culture, the values become homologations and the flavours no longer fill the soul.
