Residence La Fenice is an old Venetian building that offers apartaments and rooms, located in the city center of Venice, a few steps from San Marco Square and in front of La Fenice Theatre. The accommodiation are renewed and they offer private bathrooms, air conditioning, free wifi, tv sat, minibar and coffee machine with free pods. The apartments feature equipped kitchens and living room with sofa bed. One of the apatments feature a terrace on the roof overlooking the city. The building does not have elevator.
