The Graspo de Ua has been founded in 1919 as an international restaurant, before the cuisine was only of tipical venetian food, for tradition. Next year will be our first centenary as a restaurant. Our management give at the guests a magnificent list of food, always genuine. The fish is buyed every day fresh in the Rialto market, close to the restaurant. Also the meat is fantastic, you just have to taste it. We follow the tradition of the venetian cuisine, also we serve refined courses from the italian and the international High Cuisine, following the hygienic rules of our time (HACCP). This made Our Management in only 2 months to obtain the 4,5/5 Tripadvisor Excellence Certification. We care about the costumer in every way we can, not only our tasty and genuine food, but also the service made by our elegant, kind and nice stuff-than we dive our costumers in an ambient relaxing, good to be lived with senses, beautiful at the eyes-look impact.
