Altopalato - Enogastronomic Culture Center was founded in 1979 by Terry and Toni Sàrcina who, with Gualtiero Marchesi, wanted to do something unique, a sort of kitchen theater, in which you could exhibit famous signatures and other celebrity aspirants.
