Traditional milanese restaurant, bar and pastry laboratory. Established in 1931 when Federico Panzera started the activity together with its brothers, this restaurant is listed in the “historical shops” register of Milan and is managed by the same family ever since. Quality of the raw materials and accurate preparations, both in the restaurant and in the pastry laboratory, are the focus for enhancing the success also after more than 85 years.
