From morning to evening, Foresta Woodbar offers a menu based on fresh and wholesome foods, featuring a strong creative flair, carefully prepared by our Chefs and Maitre Patissier. Breakfast stands out for its deliciuous homemade cakes, with croissants and crafts muffin, in addition to a selection of special coffees, like Camerun, with blown coffee, orange zest and cinnamon, or the alcoholic Forest, enhanced by Grand Marnier, Nutella and orange zest. Also the lunch is characterized by high quality: from salads to omelettes, up to tasty delights courses like Club Foresta (salt brioche with deer ham, cheese mousse and wild berries in balsamic vinegar). Special attention for health and freshness is brought to you by the excellent seasonal fuits and vegetables centrifuges. Every sunday, brunch shows off a wide choice of delicacies and culinary specialties: from bagels to quiches, sandwiches and homemade desserts." Our aperitif features a selection of imaginative and excellent cocktails, properly made by our barman. An advise: try the Foresta Experience Cocktail, an explosion of taste and olfactory sensations, like the Nature Identity, where you can find in the lychee, soda, prosecco, ginger beer and caviar spherification.
