A few steps from the Pinacoteca di Brera.<br /><br />Our project is called Pizzacoteca di Brera. The name ironically seeks a relationship with the theme of art, and this is because we believe that food is a fundamental identity component of the culture of our country.<br /><br />We wanted to create an evocative space in the historic Via Brera where the materials used are in constant communication with the craftsmanship of the product offered: our pizza is characterized by a long maturation, DOP, IGP ingredients, Slow Food Presidia and stone-ground selected organic flours.<br /><br />A product that takes time to complete, the time of selection, maturation, preparation.<br />This time is important for us, it is the time needed to make a quality product, it is a time we want to give to you.
