There are more than 100 recipes cooked by our Organic Chef Edo throughout the year, which depends on the season. Our Organic Chef carefully prepares delicious and healthy meals daily, from the highest-quality organic, biodynamic, km0 and seasonal products. Such menus can also be prepared upon request for vegetarians and vegans. Our kitchen is also fully equipped for preparation of gluten-free meals for those with coeliac disease. We participate in the Alimentazione Fuori Casa Project (Eating out Project) sponsored by the AIC (the Italian Coeliac Association) and we carefully follow their manual.
