Our story begins in 1925 when grandmother Chiara Bucciarelli, a native of Modena, married grandfather Alcide, a prominent farmer from Reggio Emilia. At that time, the dowry for young Modenese brides was simply a small cask of Balsamic Vinegar. This marked the start of a new love, a new family, and the union of the two provinces, Modena and Reggio Emilia, home to the authentic and unparalleled vinegar. Over the years, with the birth of each new child or in commemoration of significant events, that once small cask has become today's vinegar factory. I, Cristiana, along with my father Emanuele and my partner Stefano, a Master Vinegar Maker, passionately dedicate ourselves to the care of our vinegar factory every day. We look forward to seeing you!
