Acetaia Malpighi has produced Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP since 1850. We organize FREE tours (upon reservation) at our factory with tasting of different type of balsamic vinegar in different languages for groups and individual. Into our show room in Modena it is also possible to buy the products “Malpighi Collection”.
