Giustospirito Rubiera
About
Giustospirito is a family‑owned craft brewery and restaurant chain that started in 2010 in the small town of Rubiera, just outside Reggio Emilia. The brand quickly grew from a single entranceable location into a chain of tapas‑style bars, restaurants and beer parlours spread across the Emilia‑Romagna region. The heart of the operation is the on‑site craft brewery. With a 10‑hl production line and a 25‑hl cooking chamber, Giustospirito produces thirteen distinctive, unfiltered and non‑pasteurised beers—from classic Pilsners to bold IPAs, wheat ales, Italian lagers and experimental limited editions. Guests can taste the beers fresh from the city‑sculpted cellars, while the brewing process is showcased in an open‑plan taproom. Complementing the brews is a menu that ranges from traditional Italian pizza and vegetarian options to gourmet burgers and beef cuts from the on‑site abattoir. Gluten‑free, vegetarian, and child‑friendly tables are available, while the sleek bar offers a relaxing environment for a quick pint or a relaxed dinner. With locations in Rubiera, Forlì, Modena, Parma, Carpi, Reggio Emilia, Ferrara, Imola, Fiordaliso, Villanova, Orio al Serio, Piacenza, Bologna, Pavia, Cremona, and Curno, Giustospirito invites visitors to explore the same high‑quality beer and food experience in a friendly, modern setting that respects local traditions.
