Cucina dei Trulli is a traditional restaurant in the historic centre of Alberobello. Since the mid-1800s, it was known as “Locanda”, one of the oldest in the town. Since the 1950s, “Locanda” was led by Rosetta, who devoted her life to cookery. Today, Rosetta’s sons and grandchildren renovated the building, reserving the family atmosphere which has always been their hallmark. At “Cucina dei Trulli” you will enjoy fine dishes featured by both traditional and innovative taste.
