The building that many years ago was a stable has been changed into a very beautiful dining room. Everything has been restored using ancient methods and materials and the result is a real journey to the past! The niches, that once were used as animals fodders, display ancient work tools. Here Masseria Torricella guests sample the very delicious gastronomic specialities: home-made marmalades and biscuits for breakfast, traditional local dishes for lunch and dinner, as vegetables based starters, cheese, orecchiette pasta (traditional local home-made pasta), broad beam cream, main courses with meat (lamb, wild boar, rabbit, etc.); the wine list includes also the red Primitivo and Fiano della Valle d’Itria, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rosato wine and Sparkling wine brut rose', everything arrives rigorously from our farm-made production.
