Charming Cottage on beautiful estate in Tuscany: 'Casa Cavalli'

'Casa Cavalli' is close to many family-friendly activities, the art and culture of the Renaissance Tuscan cities, fabulous inexpensive restaurants, and the coast is only 30 minutes away with miles of beaches. Casa Cavalli is on a large family estate dominated by the 15th century 'Villa Padronale'. You will love the charm of the flat, its setting in the Tuscan countryside with stunning views, and its convenient location in the Maremma. On two sides it is surrounded by a large garden, and close by is a lovely swimming pool with wide sweeping views. The newly renovated (though typically Tuscan - in keeping with the rest of the estate) apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with children). It makes a great summer base especially, but is rentable all year round. The apartment is about 85sq metres. We have many years experience in renting out our family properties. On the estate we have rented out our 6 bedroom luxury villa through the high end London agency CV Villas for nearly 2 decades. We have decided to continue this trend and have recently continued to renovate our other properties. Another two cottages available for rentals on the estate are: a 2 bedroom cottage called Casa Chiesa (8369630), and a 2 bedroom cottage called Casa Amiata (6722787). We have a large staff on the estate who have experience in hospitality, and we can help organise some extra services/activities: station & airport pick-ups and drop-offs, simple private cooking lessons and help with recommending what to do and see, and etc. Check In FROM 16.00-1930, Check Out is BY 10.00 (am), unless agreed to prior. Please note there is a surcharge of €25 for late check-ins after 1930 as if out of work hours someone will have to be called in. Late check-ins can also be very inconvenient so to be avoided if possible. NB. There is also a shared private swimming pool that belongs to the main villa - it is not officially included in the the rental agreement or rental price, but guests are invited to use it should they want to. (Guests must sign a responsability/liability waiver form before use, children MUST be supervised, and the pool closes at 7pm). In the local village, Paganico, there are banks, bars, a chemist, restaurants, a small train station, shops and tennis courts. We offer automatic discounts for weekly and monthly stays. -COVID-19: The large spaces of the countryside, the clean air and healthy outdoor living provide a potential respite from the higher risks of being in a congested city. That said, we will closely follow government guidelines as to how to lower the risk further: as of mid May, these measures include: taking all guests' temperatures upon arrival; disinfecting the property every time guests leave; ensuring staff wear protective gear whenever necessary and social distancing guidelines.
