Il Tesoro is a family-run farm-to-table destination at the crossroads of Tuscany, Lazio, and Umbria. For more than 20 years now, husband and wife Massimo and Rita have been welcoming guests to this hidden treasure in the heart of the Italian countryside. Il Tesoro began when Massimo and Rita set out to restore two traditional villas on the family's farm, originally built in 1932. They carefully carved out 6 apartments, creating comfortable and inviting accommodations for guests while preserving the traditional ambiance of these countryside villas. They have since gone on to add a new villa, pool, spa area, lounge bar, and farm-to-table restaurant. Our property is composed of the house Villa Il Tesoro, the Villa Casa Mia - B & B My Home on the second floor of our family’s house, and the Villa Il Giardino dei Tesori. Il Tesoro prides itself on being a farm-to-table destination, where guests will always find high-quality service and attention to detail not only during their stay, but also when they join us for an authentic Italian meal in our restaurant with ingredients direct from our own farm.
