The beautiful agritouristic complex la Spinetta is located in one of the most charming areas of the countryside in Central Italy. It consists of independent apartments derived from the restructuring of an old rural building and of its annexed agricultural structures inside a well tended farm of 110 HA. La Spinetta is the ideal place for those who want to spend some holiday and relaxing time without renouncing the usual comfort. In fact it combines calm and vast surroundings with finely furnished houses with any comfort. The agritouristic complex La Spinetta is made up of three independent buildings that were brought back to their original architectural features through a refined restoration piece of work. The main farmhouse dates back to the end of the Middle Ages. The restoration and restructuring work was able to create a warm environment full of light, by means of traditional materials such as cotto, wood, ceramic tiles and old stones. The pool (12x6 mt) was built in a natural trough of the terrain and is surrounded by large trees. It is furnished with large umbrellas, tables, chairs and sun beds.
