Our family has chosen to work in the countryside using the organic farming since over twenty years. We live in Val D’Orcia, the land of clays and gullies; a few steps away from Pienza, in a typical homestead on a hill surrounded by olive trees and ancient oaks. In this particular environment we try to share with our guests the taste for silence, simplicity and the authenticity and sweetness of the country life, in terms of quality, rhythms and food.
