Join a cooking class at the Anna's home, learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of Tuscany and Umbria cuisine and then enjoy the fruit your labour accompanied by local wine. Connect with local people: meet Anna at her ancient home, with a large terrace overlooking the Tuscany landscape. During the cooking Anna will reveal the tricks of the handmade pasta and how to use it with regional recipes. We'll eat what we made: 2 different kinds of pasta: tagliatelle or linguine and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach; 2 different kinds of sauce for pasta: tomatoes or pesto sauce and butter and sage for ravioli; at the end a dessert.
