La Provenca

About

"The Provenca" is set between the Fucoli's Archeological site and the Etruscan Necropolis, plus it is already mentioned in 1287 into the "Statutum Comunis Clanciani" with the duty of keeping as wood the surrounding grounds. The farmhouse is surrounded by 27 hectare of farm, filled with woods and olives. There are three one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartments composed of: a living room with dinette and a fireplace, classical Tuscany furnishings with antique furniture.
