Olivi Le Buche Winery is inspired by the Tuscan tradition, with vaulted, brick-made ceiling along the whole ageing area. In order to make use of the natural humidity of the surrounding soil and rocks and to favor the process of maturation of the wines, a big part of the winery is situated under the ground level remaining perfectly integrated in the surrounding landscape. The evolution of the wines in the winery is accompanied by a constant soft sound of music, which makes the wine tasting an unforgettable experience for all the senses, not only for the palate. Nestled in the Sienese hills in the heart of the land of the Etruscans where nature remains paramount, her rolling landscape a veritable work of art, Le Buche Farm encloses 27 hectares of vineyard planted at a rate of 6,666 plants per hectare. Herein, a passionate combination of technological innovation and the classical methods of Tuscany’s master grape growers enables the production of a small number of wines
