Seasonal Organic Tuscan Cuisine - Cooking Class We are inside our Agriturismo, Piombaia, in an ancient Tuscan farm just a few kilometers from Montalcino. We propose a country side Tuscan cuisine with a prevalence of organic raw materials and km0 from our biodynamic vegetable garden. We have a wine list carefully chosen by us owners, wine producers, for generations. For those who wish, we organize weekly "Tuscan Cooking Classes". Our philosophy is not to be stoked in time but to renew and enhance what comes to us from the past, trying to live and enjoy the present in harmony and respect for our land, just using fresh ingredients and vegetable from the season of the year.
