About
We are in the medieval village of Paciano, awarded by the European Union as "Ideal Village" and included in "most beautiful villages in Italy". The restaurant, recently fully renovated, has a roof garden with views of the Umbrian hills and Lake Trasimeno. The kitchen uses the best raw materials offered by the region of Umbria, used to make dishes always the result of study and research. All the pasta and desserts are homemade. The cellar is stocked with an interesting selection of wines from Umbria and Tuscany personally selected by the sommelier.
