Podere Montale Winery

About

Podere Montale is a winery with 200 hectares of vineyards and millenary olive trees. The wine region is the DOC Montecucco. The main grapes we grow are Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Podere Montale produces an Extra Virgin olive oil from olives with a typical "Seggianese" mention among the olive oils in Tuscany. Podere Montale offers stays in an ancient village of 1600 completely renovated with rooms with a magnificent view of the Val d’Orcia and breakfast included; moreover, in the property there is a restaurant, a wine-bar, a cellar open to visits and tastings.
