In our restaurant, La Vecchia Posta, enjoy specialities from Tuscany from our menu 'à la carte', delicacies from our kitchen handcraft by chef Eliana. When it come to cooking food, each Italian region has its own tradition. Our menu of the day is an open window on some of the traditions from other parts of Italy. Every day we handmade fresh pasta dough with local wheat from the Val d’Orcia – UNESCO site – as well as desserts. In your plates our chef present you with vegetables and fruits from our garden. Every day, we propose Olive Oil tasting as part of our starters. As wines do, olive oil have many different tastes and fragrances depending of the terroir they come from...
