The structure consists of four apartments, newly renovated with 2/4 beds for a total of 14 beds. With independent entrance, they have at least a master bedroom with king size bed, living room with kitchenette (cookware, cutlery and crockery), one or two bathrooms with shower - hair dryer, private garden and equipped with table and chairs, satellite TV, fridge - electric oven - microwave - kettle, bed linen kitchen and bathroom. Two apartments have a splendid view of Montepulciano and the other two remain more secluded ensuring maximum privacy. Around the house there is a large garden where guests can enjoy views of the Valdichiana and the Temple of San Biagio, drink a good glass of wine or read a book and relax.
