Our manor is located amidst the lush green hills of the Sabina at the foot of Monte Soratte, only 50 kilometers north of Rome. The estate is surrounded by 10 hectares of olive groves and a small forest, and you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view over the Monti Sabini with their small, picturesque medieval villages. Right in the middle of the beautifully kept ever blossoming garden you will find a swimming pool as well as a barbecue grill, just waiting to be fired up. The two comfortable and very tastefully furnished apartments offer plenty of room for 2 or 4 persons. Both feature a fireplace and large terraces in addition to complete fittings. The quiet of the green surroundings and the always temperate climate make this manor the ideal spot for perfect relaxation - as well as the starting point for excursions for sightseeing in Latium and the Toscana, thanks to its central situation.
