The B&B is located in Montevarchi (AR), only 36 km of motorway (A1) south of Florence. Montevarchi is a medieval town of about 23,000 inhabitants, on the banks of the River Arno between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The town is also home of the outlet of Prada. The B&B is conveniently situated in the historical center of the town, in a small and quite side alley close to the train station. The train line connects the town with Florence( 40 min, 5 euro), Arezzo (30 min 4 euro), Perugia and Rome. There is also a bus service that connects the town with Siena and with the seaside. The house is a 19th century building with original stone stairs, high ceilings and elegant pavement tiles. The house is formed of a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room with TV in common use for our guest and a bathroom on the first floor; and two bedrooms each with PRIVATE bathroom with shower on the second floor. It also benefits from a fantastic sun terrace overlooking at the town center. Being in the historical center La Cantonella is at only few minutes from pizzeria, restaurants, supermarkets and bars.
