Modernissimo as it looks today was born in 1994 as first multiscreen cinema in the South of Italy. Its architecture was very innovative and it is still one of the most studied and appreciated private owned buildings in Naples. Costa&Scognamiglio are the architects who worked at the project. They refer to De Stijl and to Mondrian’s painting.
